Hotel Hunter reservation services, and the services of each of its modules, are a product of Akulink Technologies. ("Akulink") of Ormond Beach, Florida, and its offer of such services are conditioned on the user's ("User") acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein and on other pages of the Hotel Hunter web site ("Site"). By accessing and using this Site or any of its services, User shall be deemed to have agreed to all the terms, conditions, and notices in this Site ("Agreement") without modification.

• Many of the hotel bookings made in this system incur cancellation fees if a cancellation is not made within a specified period. The amount and timing of this cancellation fee is always specified to you in writing before you enter your form of payment.

• You must be 21 to check in to a Las Vegas hotel.

• Some hotels may not allow a one night stay, and a minimum number of nights may be required. If your reservation does not meet the requirements you will be notified via e-mail, provided we have the correct e-mail address.

• Our booking and request forms allow the User to enter special requests. Hotel Hunter makes no warranty that these special requests will be able to be honored by the property in question. Nor does the property's inability to honor the special request constitute a lack of performance by that property. Consequently, a User submitting a special request is bound to the same rights and responsibitlies as would be the case had the User not submitted a special request.

This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Akulink Technologies and/or its various third party providers and distributors. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Akulink Technologies and/or its third party providers and distributors. In addition, the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are registered and common law Trademarks of Akulink Technologies, its affiliates, and various third parties. User also warrants that he or she is legally authorized to make the travel reservations or purchases made for either himself or herself or for another person for whom he or she is authorized to act. User also agrees to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by the supplier of travel services, including but not limited to back to back ticketing, hidden city ticketing and round trip for one-way ticketing, with whom User elects to use, including but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules regarding the availability of fares, products or services. User shall also agree to pay all duties, taxes, and related charges arising out of its use of this Site and of the services provided herein. User also agrees to allow Akulink Technologies to charge the credit card on file for a purchase that does not meet airline tariff rules. Such payment will be collected without additional notice.

You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations, bids or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent bid or reservation, or any bid or reservation in anticipation of demand.

You are in complete control of the information you provide to Akulink Technologies, Inc. ("Akulink Technologies") for your travel planning needs. This includes controlling the use of the information you provide to Akulink Technologies. Akulink Technologies respects and will continue to respect the privacy of customers who use this Site.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through Akulink Technologies, information about you is provided to the airline, car rental agency, hotel or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements. Occasionally, Akulink Technologies will hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market research surveys and contest entry processing and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project.

Please be aware that Akulink Technologies contains links to other web sites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. When you click on one of these links, you are entering another web site for which Akulink Technologies has no responsibility. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices or policies of such web sites. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Ector County, the State of Florida, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
